Is EdgeTrack free?
Your first 30 days are free. After that, the plan is 100 GHS a month, and we will tell you before any charge applies.
Is EdgeTrack an AI product?
No. Every figure comes from your trade records and a fixed formula. The definitions are published so you can check them.
Does EdgeTrack place trades?
No. It records and reviews trades that you place in MetaTrader.
Do you need my trading password?
No. Where your broker offers it, use the investor (read-only) password. Your main trading password is never requested.
Which platform is supported?
MetaTrader 5. Brokers and prop firms that use it can connect. Check with your broker that the connector is allowed.
Can I use EdgeTrack with a prop firm account?
Yes. You enter the account size and the firm's rules, including whether drawdown is static or trailing. EdgeTrack tracks the rules you enter.
What happens when my terminal is offline?
Trades that close while the terminal is offline are sent when it reconnects.
Who can see my trades?
Only you. Each account sees its own records. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete one account, or close your whole EdgeTrack account and delete all of your data. You can export your data first.
Do you give trading advice?
No. EdgeTrack shows your own results. It does not recommend trades or predict prices.
